We’re delighted to share details of the upcoming FLYTE Winter League at Flyte Golf Cork, kicking off on Wednesday, 28th October, and running for seven weeks, with the grand finale on Wednesday, 9th December!
THE LEAGUE FORMAT
- Teams: 4 players per team
- Entry fee: €80 per team (€20 per player)
- Scoring: Best Stableford score from each team to count on every hole
- Duration: 7 weeks, running every Wednesday night
- Competitions: Weekly team winners, Closest to the Pin and an overall Order of Merit
Every cent of the €80 team entry fee goes directly back into the prize fund, all entry fees are returned to the players through prizes.

PRIZES & COMPETITIONS
There’ll be something to play for throughout the league:
- Weekly team prizes for the winners each night.
- Closest to the Pin prizes in a separate weekly competition.
- Overall Order of Merit prizes, with more substantial rewards for the top performers across the seven weeks.
Consistency will be key, and every round counts right through to the finale!
WEDNESDAY NIGHT SPECIAL — €120 PER TEAM
We’ve arranged special league rates at Flyte Golf Cork to make the experience great value.
Choose from two Wednesday sessions:
- Early session: 5:30pm–8:00pm
- Late session: 8:00pm–10:30pm
The special league rate is €120 per team per night, working out at just €30 per player.
Your team will also receive a full 2.5-hour bay booking instead of the standard 2-hour slot, giving you that extra half hour to finish your round comfortably.
And because no golf night is complete without food, each team will receive a pizza to enjoy while playing! 🍕
Wednesday slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend registering early to secure your preferred time.
Can’t make a Wednesday? You can arrange a booking at another time during the week, although we’d encourage everyone to join the Wednesday sessions for the full league experience, including the pizza and craic!
TRACKMAN HANDICAP REQUIREMENT
All players must have a TrackMan handicap to enter the league.
If your team hasn’t got handicaps yet, don’t worry — getting set up is straightforward.
- Download the TrackMan Golf app and create an account.
- Sign in when you arrive at Flyte Golf Cork.
- Play a round of 18 holes.
- Your TrackMan handicap will be available in the app once you finish.
Need to get your team registered and handicaps sorted?
Simply email us to register your four-person team and arrange a time that suits you to come in.
When you attend your handicap session, you can pay your €80 team registration fee and avail of our special bay rate of €20 per hour instead of the usual €60 per hour, giving everyone the chance to get their handicaps sorted at a heavily discounted rate.

- Whether your team already has TrackMan handicaps or needs to arrange a handicap session
