Fota have recently extended the academy membership programme which now includes full playing access to the nine holes as well as the option of taking out a GUI handicap.  This development will broaden the appeal of the academy which changed to a member only format last year.  The new additions to the academy membership services will most likely lead to an increase from those interested in getting into the game or taking it up again after a break.  Full details are available from any of the Golf Team at Fota Island.
